Description of Topic

 Wikileaks has been in the news lately for posting "secret information", spreading rumors and leaking government information.  While Wikileaks has been around for a long time, it has only come into the public eye recently.  It has gained importance and is now the topic of many news shows and the 2011 January National Forensic League's debate question.  We believe that because of its controversial nature and importance in the politics of today that we should make it our topic.
